FAQ

HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION LAST? 

The first Intro Session lasts 45 minutes. Each session after that will be an hour in duration.

 

UNDER COVID safe CONDITIONS, how will we meet?

Every time we talk, until it is considered safe to do so, it will be via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or over the phone.

WHAT IF I HAVE A BUSINESS CHALLENGE that you haven't mentioned on your website?

Business challenges come in all shapes and sizes and it’s impossible to mention every problem or opportunity you might want to explore. With over 25 years in management positions there are very few things I haven’t had to deal with, so chat with me and let’s see how I can help. 

 

is there an obligation after having the initial intro session?

Absolutely none. You decide when and if you are ready to begin coaching.

WHAT happens after the initial intro session?

If we agree that I can help, we will set up a coaching plan that normally consists of 10 sessions covering the area(s) that you want to explore. The cost for these sessions are listed on the individual program pages. 

DO YOU OFFER CAREER COACHING?

Yes I can offer assistance in this area. Email me with details on your specific situation and then the best way for us to explore this is in an initial Intro Session.

CAN I CAncel our coaching arrangement?

Yes of course and I will refund any unused portion of your coaching fee.

what methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay by credit card via PayPal or bank transfer (inc PayID).  If neither of these suit, please have a chat with me to arrange a more convenient alternative.

is there a payment plan?

Coaching fees are fully payable in advance.  I am in the process of setting up a payment plan, please have a chat with me about this if you require this service.

are my coaching fees tax-deductible?

Yes, fees are tax deductible and I can provide a tax receipt on request.

 

rescheduling or cancelling an individual session

If you need to, you can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the time of the session.

Cancelling or rescheduling one of your program sessions within 24 hours will void the session (ie the session will be counted as taken).   Cancelling or rescheduling an Intro Session within 24hrs will void the session - you can certainly re-book the Intro Session but normal coaching rates will apply.  Failing to show up for a booked session without notice will void the session and the same policy will apply.

WHAT IF 10 sessions are not enough?

If we agree that more than 10 sessions would be beneficial we can confirm an initial extended arrangement or at anytime during the coaching sessions. 

after lockdown, can we meet in person?

Yes, for Sydney based clients, within limited areas of Sydney metro (please email me to enquire).   

I can also come to your place of work by special agreement - additional time and travel expenses will be applicable.

what about data privacy - how is my information handled?

Your data is never shared or sold on.  Data is not kept other than for the purpose of conducting coaching, or communicating with you.  All information shared by you is completely confidential (including what is discussed within coaching sessions), and is kept secure.  You may, from time to time, receive communications from me for the purposes of advising you of coaching opportunities with me, or offers or updates from me, but you may Unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

WHAT makes you different to other business coaches or consultants?

As a former CEO, with many years running businesses and working with others at various stages of their career, there are plenty of reasons why I think I am different and that you will be rewarded enormously from investing in your success. The best way to find out though would be to book a free introductory consultation and see whether you like what I have to say. On paper many coaches look the same, but in reality, the key to delivering you benefit is in building a relationship that inspires you to learn.
